Problem

I have a Windows XP machine and when I go to documents and settings\my
username\local settings\History or temporary Internet settings I get the
following error:

Your current security settings do not allow this action.

I know this is probably the wrong area to post this, but I did not see any
XP newsgroups in my list that was downloaded.
