After i installed windows (XP) updates, each time that i try to log into a
user it log on and immediatly logs off. it also happens in Safe mode and also
when trying to log on to Administrator.

i tried Last Known Good Configuration, but it didn't help. the problem still
remains.

do i have to reinstall windoes and everying else or is there a solution to
this. thx.

Try the repair install.

This may or may not happen, but it's not very likely.

"You May Lose Data or Program Settings After Reinstalling, Repairing, or
Upgrading Windows XP" http://support.microsoft.com/kb/312369/en-us

| You may lose data that is stored in the All Users folder and default
| program templates and settings that are stored in the Default User folder
| after you reinstall, repair, or upgrade Windows XP. You may be missing
| Start menu shortcuts, items in the Startup group, and documents,
| pictures, or music files that are stored in the Shared Documents folder.

However, there is the need to re-install all updates after the repair
install.

Hi,

You need to check the userinit string in the registry as described here:
http://rickrogers.org/fixes.htm#Blazefind

While this bit concentrates on a bit a known malware, the problem is the
same as the userinit key is damaged.
