Problem z Epsonem 4990

Witajcie,

Mam taki problem: odlaczylem skaner (E 4990) na 3 dni od kompa, w
miedzy czasie zmienilem monitor oraz automatycznie Windows dokonal
aktualizacji. Po ponownym wlaczeniu skanera komputer nie potrafi sie z
nim polaczyc ani przez soft Epsona, ani przez Silverfast'a.

Instalowalem kilkakrotnie sterowniki z wylaczonymi wszystkimi
anty-wirusami oraz zaporami i ciagle to samo. Komputer niby widzi
skaner ale soft nie moze sie z nim skomunikowac.

Czy spotkaliscie sie moze z tym problemem lub wiecie jak jemu
zapobiec???

Na marginesie - help desk Epsona tez nie wie co moze byc.

I have an problem with Epson 4990. After switching it out of PC and
after re connection Epsons softwer and Silverfast can't connect with
the scaner. Re instalation of the plug-ins didn't help.
In mean time when the scanner was disconnected I changed the monitor
and Windows do automatic update.

Can you hava any sugestions how to fix it up?
