I have a HP psc1210 all in one and run winXP. My printer
worked when i first got it about 4 months ago. All of a
sudden wouldnt print and was causing an error in
microsoft office programs. if the printer is totally
uninstalled the office works fine. after tried to
reinstall the printer and it will not finish, when it is
about done it gives me a message "cannot install this
hardware" "the RPC server is unavailable. I have tried
working through HP and they say its a problem with
microsoft and my print spooler. I have tried just about
everything and am getting desperate for help. Any ideas
would be very helpful. Please!!
