Problem with VPN setup....

I have setup a vpn server with 2 NIC. My public Network
is 172.16.20.x and private Network is 192.168.1.x. Now in
my external NIC's IP is 172.16.20.170 mask 255.255.255.0
gateway 172.16.20.1 and private NIC's ip is 192.168.1.230
mask 255.255.255.0 gateway nothing.
In VPN configuretion, I am assaining IP to clients from
192.168.2.x block. Now my clients can successfully
connects VPN server also gets IP but they cannot access
other computers of my internal (192.168.1.x) network.I
tried following..

ping 192.168.1.230 (Internal NIC's IP), successfull.
Ping 192.168.1.21 (another computer), request time out.

What is the problem...
Help me quick plz.

Routing is enable LAN to Demand Dial.
And I am not doing any IP filtering.
