Problem with totaling

Hi,

I have created a query which shows the number of tickets created by an agent.
It sometimes happens that a ticket has been closed and that it needs to be
reopened. So I have created a query which also shows the number of tickets
reopened by an agent.

In the query which shows the tickets opened I added the query which shows the
reopened tickets. Now the Open query shows the tickets opened and tickets
reopened per agent. I want to total these two numbers. I used this formula:

Total opened: [Opened]+[Reopened]

When an agent has opened tickets and has also reopened tickets it shows the
total number of tickets opened. But when an agent has opened tickets but did
not reopen any tickets the total number stays blank.

Can somebody please help me with this problem? Thanks in advance!

Total opened: [Opened]+iif(isnull([Reopened]),0,[Reopened])
