Sorry, I have also post in the public.deployment.desktop newsgroup....I wan
not sure which one to post to...
I have been trying to solve this problem for 1 week now , and I am getting
desperate.
Working with BDD 2.5 ZTI.
I have done an WIM image (Windows XP SP2) on a laptop (HP nw8420)
Now, if I deploy the same image on the same model (nw8420), everything goes
well until after I reboot after sysprep mini-setup:
The mini-setup execute, the machine join the domain.
The machine reboot.
The ZTI script execute Staterestore phase.
I log in into the laptop and everything is fine in device manager and the
OS.
Here is my problem:
I reboot the laptop, log in.
Then it appears that Windows XP has lost ALL the drivers in device manager,
so it start to "found new hardware" ...I mean ALL the hardware.
Anyone have seen that behavior
Thanks
Tony
