problem with streaming QuickTime video in Windows XP

I have a very odd error. Everytime I try to play
streaming QuickTime video, the video plays for about 1
sec or less and then goes into pause mode (i.e., as if I
had hit the pause button). If I hit play again then it
plays for another 1 sec and then goes into pause mode,
etc.

This only happens with Quicktime (RealPlayer and Windows
Media Player are OK) and only with streaming video
(playing files that are already on the disk is OK). I
have Windows XP and QuickTime 6.3 plugin.

Any ideas?

Are you sure that u r letting the video download before
you try to play it. the progress bar turns blue as it
downloads.
