Problem with Outlook Templates

Has anyone run into sending emails originated as an Outlook template
and had ALL of the outbound emails bounce? Is there something about
sending an outlook template that causes anti-spam or firewall software
to reject the email?

Can you be more specific about what you mean by "sending emails originated
as an Outlook template." I can think of several scenarios that might fit
under that umbrella. Your Outlook version could also be useful information.
