Outlook Problem with Outlook 2007 encoding while receiving an e-mail

Hi to all,

i'm having a problem with certain e-mails received in Jibrish. Apparently i need to change the encoding to UTF-8 in order to view them properly, however i couldnt find in outlook how to do it !
there is an option to change the encoding of what I send out, but not what is coming in.
of course i can change temporary the encoding while it is open but its very anoying to do so each time a mail like this arrives.

any help?
