Problem with outlook 2003 emails to Outlook express 6.0

I use Outlook 2003 and my girlfriend uses Outlook express 6.0. We sent emails
for over a year fine until a month ago, and now my emails to her always have
no subject line and have a lot of mime gobblygook in the message, despite
what format I use - Plain text - no html - don't use MS Word as the editor
etc.
However on her computer if she views my emails through mail2web.com they
look fine.
My emails to everyone else I email are fine too.

It's as if Outlook express is displaying the message source code instead of
the text or html view. Any suggestions as to what to check in lieu of a
reinstall>

Thank you for the reply but that doesn't help any. I do not want to see the
source in Outlook 2003 - I want the mails on her computer using Outlook
Express 6.0 to show up normally with a subject line and no gobblygook in the
email that she has to search trhough to find the few lines of plain text.
