Problem with Outlook 2000 and VISTA-Contacts

When I try sending an email, I click on To: which on my XP machine brought up
my contact list. On VISTA it's bringing up an empty list from somewhere else.
I don't recognize the format of the list it brings up. Can anyone give me
path to follow? I have already added the wab.dll files to get this far.
