I'm having trouble doing my live update. I can not access the Symantec site through live update. I also can not get to the Symantec web site using a browser. Any suggestions on how to deal with this?
DO a search for '*SETTINGS.LIVEUPDATE' they are hidden files and
delete them. This will cause liveupdate to start from scratch checking
for updates. I know this works for NAV 2k4. The files for earlier
versions might be different.
FYI: Next time you post a question it would be helpful to list the
version of software & OS you are using as it might make a difference
in the solution.
