Problem with Inporting addressbook into Outlook 2003

We are in the process of migrating from GroupWWise 6.5 to Outlook 2003
and have found a few problems that don't make sense.
During the conversion process we have both POP Accounts and Exchange
Accounts and the POP account Address books are the problems.

I have used a program called Transend Migrator to convert the GW
archives on a Groupwise computer to "Transport Files" and then on an
Outlook computer convert the 'Transport File" to a "PST" files and
import them. That part went smoothly or fairly after we found all the
glitches.
The problem that I am now having is with inporting the GW address
books. On the GW computer I export the "GroupWise.NAB" and then on the
Outlook computer I convert the "GroupwiseName.NAB" to "AddressName.pst"
file. When I try to inport this "PST" file into Outlook 2003 the
majority are fine I can inport into Contacts. However on four
computers so far the only targets I have available are "Personal
Folder" and "Deleted Files"??
Tech Support for Transend Migrator says I should have all the options
available.

Does anyone have any ideas? I have been tlod I can open the pst file
with Outlook 2003 and copy and paste, I haven't tried that yet. But I
will when I get an opportunity. For now those four do not have any
contacts in their Outlook.

What are you supposed to see? Did you try making a new profile? While you
can open the file using file open and drag or paste the contacts, you might
be putting them in the wrong file if you don't have the entry you expect
listed there. If you are expecting an exchange mailbox, make a new profile.
(I'd think you'd want to import into the mailbox rather than into a pst
anyway, since you really don't want to use pst's with exchange.)

Exchange is not the Issue, they will have an address book their when we
finish the migration. In the interim I am trying to give them what was
called a Personal Address book in Groupwise, or if they didn't have one
of those then an address bok from their Frequent contacts. When you
import into their Personal folders of the POP client, you should see
all the normal folders:
Personal Folders
deleted Items
Outbox
contacts
calendar
Inbox
ETC
They only have Personal folders and Deleted items

I tried doing personal Address book creations from the GroupWise.NAB
and the Transend Migrator program choked. Importing Address.pst into
Contacts worked on 18 computers so far, just don't understand what is
different with these four??

PI ended up exporting my GroupWise.nab to an address.csv and Import
that works great.
