Problem with IE - Not allowing to more than One IE Window to remain opened

Hi,

I am using IE version 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519 on Windows
XP Pro.

My IE is not allowing more than one IE process to remain alive.
Each time a new IE process/window is started, the old one gets killed.

If you know then please let me know how to fix it.
