Problem with HP 930c and duplex

I've bought HP C6463A duplex module. But the option "automatic 2-side
printing" is gray and I cannot select it. I tried various drivers (930c
& 940c, XP and 2000). What can be wrong with it?

File hpfxxx04.dat located in C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3
is responsible for printing preferences menu. If someone has similar
printer 9xx family with duplexer module, please send me this file:

You should be able to use the DeskJet 950/952 or 970 drivers with the
930. I would expect the 940/960 and 990 drivers to not be compatible.
Have you downloaded the drivers from http://www.hp.com? Also check to
see if there is a checkbox to indicate the duplexer is installed. I do
not currently have a DeskJet 9xx printer, but my recollection is there
is a configuration somewhere that indicates whether or not the duplexer
is installed. In my Photosmart driver it is in the Advanced, Printer
Properties, Services, Service this Device, Configuration tab and click
on the "Automatic Two Sided printing module" checkbox.
