Problem with form

I have a problem with a form that is not calculating correctly. This form
was partially created by Thomas Rowe who is normally a fantastic helper in
this forum but I have not been able to contact him - does anyone know what
has happened to him?

Anyway, the form I use for my client's site sits within a FP based site and
if I have to change to a different type of form I will, but I urgently need
someone's help in either setting this up or helping to fix the problem with
the existing form. The existing form uses javascript and the error lies with
the totalling of the products ordered. Once the subtotal is there, the rest
is being calculated correctly ie, tax and shipping etc.

Really, really hope someone can help or let me know what has happened to
Thomas! If you think you can help with the fixing of the form, I will then
let you know the link to it.

Thanks, Tessa

I hope Thomas is okay as I know he was having trouble keeping his head above
water. If you or anyone can help me, please do as I have a bit of an urgent
problem on my hands.

Should I wait then? I'm a bit concerned about this order form not
functioning correctly as it's there for the public to use so they might want
to go elsewhere!
