Problem with file sharing between two computers

Hello,

I have ad hoc wireless connection between two computers. My problem is
when I want to transfer files from one to anohter computer it shows me
message:

"Cannot copy FILE: Access is denied.
Make sure thtat disk is not full or write-protected and that fle is not
currently in use."

Both of computers have WinXP PRO with SP2. I turned on Simple file
sharing on both computers so I thik that I solved access problem with
that. Disk is not full and file is not currently in use... About
write-protection of my disk drives I don't know how to check that :/

Does anyone knows how to solve this problem?

I even tryed to uncheck SFS and later check again, but that din't
solved my problem either.

Thanks

a) Same workgroup
b) Share this folder then set permissions.
c) W2K/WXP does not do blank passwords.
just a start.
