Whenever I drag an open window from one part of my screen to another (i.e. a
folder or a Word document), the only thing that moves is a gray outline of
that window (not all the stuff inside). When I release, the window's
contents pop up like normal and everything is fine. This has only been
happening for a month or so. Any idea what it is and how I can fix it?
