Problem with DLL file and FP Install

Im trying to install FP 2002 on a 98win 2nd edition OS
When I get finished it will not complete install
Error message is I need a more current version of a
a DLL file.

I have Office 2000 Premium which includes FP 2000
and I have tried to un-install it then load FP 2002 but
still get the same message.


ASYCFILT.DLL

i NEED VERSION 2.40.4277.1
i HAVE VERSION 2.40.4275.1

I spent days looking online and even requested the
file from Microsoft to no avail

Can some one help
