Problem with cut and paste

I have made several attempts to cut and paste from ms autoroute 2005 and then
placing a copy of the map on a blank word document.

However when pasting onto the blank page all I can see is a black outline
and a small " graphic " on the top left hand corner of the page where the map
should appear. I believe the map has been copied over however it appears to
be invisable, as I do not get any error message,

Can someone please advise how to rectify,

How about just taking a screen shot of the map and pasting that into
Word.
