Problem with connection via ISDN

I would like to connect two network via ISDN.
On the one side as router is Win2000 Server with internal
ISDN card, on the other side as router is AlliedTelesyn
router wich has nternal ISDN modem.
I have problem with connecting. When I create New Network
Connection, which use Internal ISDN card, I can without
problem connect to AlliedTelesyn. But when I create New
Interface with Routing services I can't connect. The
connection is established but at after one second refused
due to frane error.
Settings of both connections are the same.

Are there any events logged in this scenario which might be of interest.

I don't now if thera are any events because I can't view
events. Something is wrong.

I resolve this problem by stopping RRAS and creating it
again with the same configuration.
