Lyndon,

So let's get this straight.
# "http:\\192.168.2.1" (from the browser) doesn't work.
# "ping 192.168.2.1" does work.
# "http:\\66.94.230.32" (one address for www.yahoo.com) doesn't work.
# "ping 66.94.230.32" does work.

What error does the browser display?

My guess is either the browser is borked, or you have an LSP / Winsock problem.
That can cause a myriad of symptoms, and yours is not too unlikely.

We can't read your mind. When you say "I still cannot access", we have no idea
what you're reporting. Provide diagnostics so we can help you.

Please verify 1 - 4.
1) "http:\\192.168.2.1" (from the browser) doesn't work.
2) "ping 192.168.2.1" does work.
3) "http:\\66.94.230.32" (one address for www.yahoo.com) doesn't work.
4) "ping 66.94.230.32" does work.

What error does the browser display? Complete and exact error please.
