Problem with Calender

Hello everyone

We're in the middle of an upgrade from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003. Everything seems to work fine, until...

You want to open a shared calender. I'll give an example

User A has the rights to view all calenders in the company. She opens Outlook, clicks on Calender and on the left pane'all Calenders are showed. She clicks on some calenders, and then it happens.... They move through the list or they just disappear! You can get them back to open them manually again

I tried a new profile, but if you open Outlook for the second time with that profile, it has the same problem again

Who can solve this strange problem. It happens at all users, so I think it's a bug..

Thanks

Dirk

What do you mean by "they move through the list"?

Thanks. I've documented some other flakiness with the calendar navigation
panel, but there are no solutions for any of these problems yet. Maybe in
Sp1.

Hi Sue,

With 'Move through the list' I mean when the user selects a calender, it
moves down on the list with shared calenders, then you can select it again,
or it disappears!
It sounds strange, but I have this problem on all the clients we installed yet!

Hope you can help me with this.

Regards, Dirk

How do you configure outlook for User A to view the list of all calenders, so that User A doesn't have to manually go to each person's calendar....we are using outlook 2002

There is no "list of all calendars." User A can open any other user's
Calendar folder with the FIle | Open | Other User's Folder command, which
will maintain a most recently used list of the last 10 mailboxes used.

Okáy, that means I'll have to stop my migration, and wait for SP1..

Thanks
