Problem with Blocked Startup Program System EXP.

After blocking a startup program in System Explorers, I
cannot find the referred to" blocked events restore
feature in the Application Security Agents. Any ideas --
I know i did not click on the "permanently remove
button" because I've tried it twice.

Tools -> Real Time Protection -> View All Blocked Events is what I think you
need.

-- I find the blocked itme listed in blocked events, but

there is no way to "restore it" (as indicated in the help)
back to the startup group.
