Problem with Blank Pages

I have a report that is printing every other page blank. I realize that the
area in design view being larger than page margins does this. In design
view, my report does go past the length that will fit on one page. HOWEVER,
MANY controls on my report are only visible if the one before it is visible,
and the one before that, etc. So barely any of my reports actually take up
more than one page. This is a huge waste of paper and totally unacceptable
for my project. How can I make it only print that extra page when data, not
just the area in design view, is enough to carry over to two pages?

Thanks.

Have you tried setting the controls and the section to Can Shrink?
Can we assume the extra pages are caused by the report being too wide?

What kind of table structure do you have that creates too many controls to
fit on a single page where some controls might be null?

Perfect. I had the controls set to can shrink, but not the section. So I
set the whole section to can shrink and it did the trick. Thanks a bunch!
