problem with add/remove programs

It all of a sudden wont open. the window sort of half
builds.it is blank and the close button on it is spelled
cl$ose. I cannot access windows updates site, the MSN
messenger doesnt accept my passwords.All my icons in start
up have re-configured and I cant drag them. do I have
Blaster?

I had the same problem last week... + my norton antivirus
became disenabled... I'm not sure what fixed the problem,
but try reinstalling MSN, my computer had the problem for
about a week then it suddenly vanished one time when i
restarted? i think i got lucky in deleting a dodgey file
that i downloaded from KaZaa.. if you have downloaded
anything recently from one of these sort of programs try
deleting it and restarting... Also Quicktime seemed to be
disturbing my computer, if oyu have quicktime
update/reinstall it, after all of that hopefully your
problem will be solved

I have the same problem on a Windows 2000 Server.. we try
to fix blaster but nothing changed... if you find how to
resolve this problem let me know. thank you.
