problem with a dictionary

I have the problem to initiate a dictionary and at the moment when I double
click the exe, the computer thinks and nothing appends. However it appears
in the task manager processes, but application never begins and when I try
again the application says to me that Already there are more user conect what
permited. Already I desinstall and installed,Which only I could do in safe
mode, where the application
It works.
It is the only application that I am having problems, is the petite robert.
If someone has any idea how solving I will be very grateful.

Are you sure the application is compatible with XP, have you checked the
application's website for updates, patches and possible tech support?
