Problem w/OCX

Hi,

I have an Excel file that was created using MS Excel 2003 that uses a
number of VBA functions to reformat a graph based on a choice the user
makes from a drop down list. It runs fine on multiple computers, but I
have a computer (Windows XP SP2/Office 2003) which happens to be in a
conference room that the drop down list just shows up looking like a
broken link with an outlined box. I've tried -

uninstall/reinstall Office 2003 Pro and updates from Office Update
Reinstall latest versions of MSXML 2.6, 3.0, 4.0
Ran the System File Checker (SFC)
Ran Microsoft Update to verify all Critical and Recommended Updates
installed

I'm assuming that I need to reregister an ocx file. But, which one?

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

After much troubleshooting, the problem has been resolved. I was looking
in completely the wrong direction. In testing further, we found that if
we used Remote Desktop to access the PC and open the Excel file, it
worked! The problem was eventually traced to a ~1-1/2 yr old ATI video
driver. In the conference room, this PC is connected to an LCD projector
via a DVI (digital) connection. Due to the fan failing on the current
video card, I purchased another ATI card and had the same problem. But,
I found that it worked if I used the standard VGA (analog) connection. I
downloaded and installed the current version of the drivers and the
problem was gone.
