problem using the Checkbox Function

I am an IT Professional, and one of our users is trying to
build a Form for people to fill out, included in the form
will be pictures, text, and Checkboxes from the Forms
toolbar.
she has put the checkboxes in, but if you make any size
change in the Rows, or try to add a new row in, the
Checkboxes do not stay in their proper cells. they stay in
their columns just fine, but not their cells.

does anyone here know what may be causing that and how to
fix it?

If you rightclick on the checkbox from the Forms toolbar and choose Format
Control, you'll see a Properties tab.

You'll see 2 options (with one option greyed out) there.

But if you add a checkbox from the ControlToolbox toolbar and do the same thing,
you'll see that this 3rd option is available--"Move and Size with Cells".

You may want to reconsider which checkboxes you're using.
