problem using another computer with same credentials

I am in a business enviroment and when I log onto a different mahcine with
the same credentials user name and passoword and same domain there are
missing folders in my outlook and also my desktop is different please help??

You need to talk to your network administrator to ensure that
you always open the same .PST file (assuming that you
currently use Outlook). He should also give you a roaming
profile.

I have admin rights so I can go in and change the roaming profile how do I do
that??

Having admin rights is one thing, being trained as a server
administrator another. I have several fat text books on
server administration that I have worked through. If you do
not have access to such books then a good starting point
might be to click Start / Help on your server, then to type
"Roaming Profiles". There is far more there than I could
possibly put into my response.
