Problem to launch MSOffice appln

I have a workstation running on Window 2000 Pro with MSOffice application installed
The problem is that my users cannot launch MSOffice application, eg. MSWord unles
I give assigned them with Administrator rigths

Please help.

Try doing a complete install of Office - go to add/remove programs and click
on "change".
