Problem Sync-ing Appointments

I'm a heavy user of an ipaq, managing my diary and contacts with it and
backing up/synching with outlook. No problems for years, but now the
appointments seem to be out of sync. If I book an all-day event across 6
days( perhaps finishing on a Thursday) it shows up in Outlook as 5 days
(finsihing on the Wednesday). I also imported a vcal file that provided
appointments for all this years World Cup games. Once imported into Outlook
the games were perfect in my calendar, but once sync'd with my ipaq the dates
and times of the games are all wrong, and differ from those sho in Outlook...?

Any thoughts on why this is happening? I've been through the settings in
both and can't fathom why this is happening. All help appreciated.

Version of Outlook?
Running the latest version of ActiveSync?
See if your location, date, time and DST settings on both your PC and iPAQ
are the same
