Problem - Sending email from hotel

Sending email via Outlook 2007, from a hotel, is denied with
the following msg. Charter email allows the "send" of the same
note. Any idea why Outlook is blocking email from a hotel ?

550 5.7.1 <[email protected]>... Relaying denied. IP name
possibly forged [75.146.152.44]
