Problem Reports and Solutions -- Toshiba Firmware Linkage Driver

Under Problem Reports and Solutions, I have a report on a problem entitled
"Problem caused by TOSHIBA Firmware Linkage Driver". When I follow the link
to Toshiba Corporation, I just get the Toshiba web site, and a search on
their web site reveals no "Firmware Linkage Driver".

Further, this system is not a Toshiba system, it's an Intel desktop with a
DQ35JO motherboard.

How should I proceed?

Thanks, I've installed it. We'll see if it helps.

Any idea why Microsoft identifies this as a Toshiba issue? I can't find any
reference to Toshiba anywhere in the fix.

Sorry, I couldn't say. I rebooted the system and got this popup saying there
were a list of problems to be reported, etc. That was one of them. After
going through some of them, it disappeared, and I've been too busy to try to
figure out if there's a way to get it back.

What's the fault bucket number for that crash?

Happily, that number is archived as viewable in the Problem Reports and
Solutions Center control panel's View History, so if you do have some future
time and this is still of interest to you, I can check that out. I respect
that you've got tons of other things to do though. =)
