Problem installing new program

Please Help! I am trying to install a new program that extracts files from a
self extracting zip file. The program installation works untill it attemps
to extract the files to the folder "c\Documents and Settings\All Users". At
this point the error "Could not create 'c\Documents and Settings\All Users'
- unzip operation cancelled" appears. I tryed to create the folder manually
but Vista will not allow me to....not sure what to do at this point. Can
anyone Help!!!!! Please!!!

Have you tried 'Run as administrator' option when you right click the file?

The problem is that there is no "Documents and Settings\All Users"
location any more. That is just a junction (for backwards compatibility)
pointing to "C:\Users\Public. When you double-click the self-extracting
executable, change the location where it is going to unpack the files to
C:\Users\Public.

To forestall any other problems, it would be wise to check with the
program's tech support (or on its website) to make sure it really is
compatible with Vista.
