Problem in installation of mercury quality center.

When installing MQC, getting the following errors..

Following components were not downloaded successfully.

1.WebClient.dll
Failed to open file for writing

2.WebClient.dll
Cannot regsiter ActiveX server

3. OTAClient.dll
Failed to open file for writing

4.OTAClient.dll
Cannot regsiter ActiveX server

5.SRunner.ocx
Failed to open file for writing

5.SRunner.ocx
Cannot regsiter ActiveX server


Please help!

Launch Internet Explorer using "run as administrator" option (right-click on it to see the option). This should allow the install process to complete with success.

Running iexplore as an administrator allowed me to let the active x controls
run and register themselves in IE on my Vista Station. The confusing thing
is that my user profile has administrative rights but I still had to use the
runas option on IE. After registering the active x controls i had no
problems getting back into Mercury.
