Problem in Dual booting with XP + Server 2003

Hi,
My Xp system is not able to detect the Server 2003 on my PC.
ok situation is like this :
--------------------------
2 days back i have XP+Server 2003 on my PC. Was working fine and
perfectly. XP was in C:\ and 2003 was in D:\
Yesterday i got some problem in XP, so i reinstalled XP in C:\.

Now at the booting time it was showing only option for Windows XP, so
i edited the boot.ini by going "System Properties->Advance->Recovery".

Now i am getting the boot option for server 2003. But when i am
choosing server 2003 from booting option, it is not starting.

Is there any other setting i should do or i have to again install
2003.

Please help.

Thanks in Advance.

A good starting point would be to
- Post the contents of c:\boot.ini
- Tell us exactly how far the boot process goes
- Tell us what message(s) you see on the screen
- Find out if D:\Windows still exists
- Replace the hidden files c:\ntldr and c:\ntdetect.com
with their equivalents from the Win2003 CD.
