Problem getting Secured database in Excel

Hello all

I am getting this very frustrating problem. I have a secured database
in Access2003. Now I want to import that data from Excel2003 but when I
tried to open it, it asks me for a password. And I can understand this,
because the database is secured BUT what password should I use? I tried
the password that owns all my Access2003 database and its not working.
So what password should I use in here?

Need help pleaseeeeee, thanks
