Problem for creating rule

If I want to create a rule to filter out emails sending from a
particular account through a mail list, it seems not working.

For example, I get a email:
From (e-mail address removed) on behalf of (e-mail address removed)
Outlook seems only regard (e-mail address removed) as sender.
How can I make a rule to get emails sending from (e-mail address removed)
only?

Have you tried creating the rule to specify "with '(e-mail address removed)' in the
sender's address"?
