problem face when accessing database

Hi all. I face the following error message when i try to access my ms access
database.

The expression on click you entered as the event property setting produced
the following error: A problem occurred while microsoft office access was
communicating with the ole server or activex control.

*the expression may not result in the name of a macro, the name of a
user-defined function, or [event procedure]
* there may have been an error evaluating the function, event or macro

Pls advise.
Thks in advance.

You might want to ask this in an Excel newsgroup, since my strongest area of
expertise is in Access. However, I suggest making your columns a bit wider.
When cells display ###, it is usually due to insufficient column width. If
that doesn't help, try an Excel newsgroup, especially one devoted to the
language you are having a problem with.

Hi Arvin.
Thks for the solution. It solved my ms access problem. However i now have
a
problem with excel after changing the non-unicode language. My actual
excel
document now looks different compared to print preview. Alot of characters
became ###. If i change my non-unicode language back to english, my excel
problem is resolved but my ms access problem came back. Any suggestions?
Thks
in advance.
