I am having a problem when e-mailing *.jpg images via the 'E-mail these
files' function in the 'File and Folder Tasks' pane on the left in the
Explorer window.
If I select the *.jpg picture files to be emailed and then click 'E-mail
these files' in the 'File and Folder Tasks' pane - I DO NOT get the window
allowing me to make the pictures smaller. Thus the pictures are always sent
full size.
If I rename the files to *.jpeg then all works ok. All is ok also when I
email *.bmp images. The problem only occurs with *.jpg files.
JPG, JPEG and BMP file types all appear to be correctly listed under
Tools/Folder Options/File Types.
Why does this happen and how can I fix the problem??
TIA
