Problem downloading ZIP files

When I download a ZIP file, the 'File Download' dialog box doesn´t appear so that I can choose save the file or open it. The download starts imediately and the file is saved in a "temporary internet files folder" and after I can´t extract it. I would like to know how I can active the 'File Download' dialog box to save this kind of file before download it.

Select the ZIP entry in Windows Explorer TOOLS menu|FOLDER OPTIONS|FILE
TYPES tab.

Click ADVANCED, then check the "confirm after download" box, and see what
that does.
