I tried to run defrag on my computer and got the following message:

the report reads:

Was there a list of files after the Report?

A review of the report itself shows everything to be fine. There is only
one fragmented file. This is the MFT (Master File Table), which is
perfectly normal.

Hope this helps.

Nope, there is nothing more on the list. I redid the defrag to make
sure. Same outcome.
