Unless it's secured no because A2.0 had no ability to create MDEs.

But, Access 2.0 also had the infamous "CopyObject Flaw" and everything but
Tables and data can be unsecured in seconds, if need be. MDAs were usually
used as libraries, and thus rarely contained either Tables or data.
