Problem consolidating data.

Hi All

My client just sent me this weird report to consolidate. It has four tabs
for four diferrent months. which have some data like this.

A B
1 Team name
2 Name1
3 Leads 100
4 Sales 50
5 Conversion 50%
6
7 Name2
8 Leads 150
9 Sales 78
10Conversion 52%

This is data is on all 4 sheets and we need to consolidate it on the last
sheet. the problems are....

The teams may not be same on all 4 sheets.
The people in the teams may or may not be same.
We need to first return all the unique team names then return all the unique
names under all the team names and then lookup their data.

I hope I was able to make myself clear.

Any help will be sincerely appreciated.
