problem after latest update

I have this message:
The registry cannot load the hive (file)

\Systemroot\System32\Config\Software

It is corrupt, absent or not writable

Dumping physical memory to disk: 1-75

STOP c218s can be resolved by swapping the corrupt hive out of the machine
in recovery console and restoring it with one from a backup (best case) or
one from the repair directory (worst case).

Boot into recovery console and type the following commands to use the repair
folder for now:

cd system32\config
ren software software.old
systemroot
copy software c:\winnt\system32\config
exit

If you have a backup copy, rename the hive in recovery console and put your
restored hive in the config folder.
