problem after critical update

I allowed the critical update to run the first part of the week and since
then no matter what webpage I try to go to in IE7 a File Download-security
warning box comes up and has in it. "do you want to save this file? " Name
navcancl type unknown file type, 2.64 kb. from ieframe.dll.
I can't go anywhere. Any help fixing this would be greatly appreceated.
