Hello All and Help!
I am working with a plan that contains a section with 114 subtasks whose
start and finish times vary. When I change the % complete in the entry form
(Gantt Chart view), the number reflects the correct percentage--22 out of 114
or 19%. However, if I try to change the actual start and finish dates on the
Tracking table or on the Tools--Tracking--Update Tasks menu, the % complete
begins to decrease.
Info about the plan
(1) Subtasks have no predecessors or contraints (tasks are 6 levels in)
(2) I created a new plan, copied the tasks into Excel and pasted them into
the new plan so the data would be clean--same result
(3) The project has a baseline
(4) Using MS Project 2003 SP2
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
