privilege to join workstations to domain

hello,
i need to give my assistant network admin the privilege to join workstations
to domain. i dont want to give any extra privilege to him since he is not
that much experienced and might mess up things. is there a way i can give
him this privilege without giving any other extra admin rights/privileges ?
